Requirements for surgery:
Vaccinations: Must be up to date
Dogs:
Rabies
Canine Distemper (DHLPP)
Bordetella.
Cats:
Rabies
Feline Distemper (FVRCP).
These vaccinations must be given by a veterinarian.
We will not accept owner given vaccines, nor will they be given by our clinic.

Additional information regarding surgery:
Night before surgery
No food after midnight but water is ok
The Day of Surgery
Drop off: 7:00 am - 7:30 am
Pick-up time is determined as needed
Drop off 7:00 am - 7:30 am, no exceptions, those arriving after 7:30 may be asked to reschedule.
All cats must arrive in separate carriers.
Must bring invoice from your vet for proof of vaccinations.
A late fee of $25 will be charged if pet is not picked up at designated time.
